I had a pleasant stay and found the room to be very comfortable, complete with a fridge and microwave. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.
Menu for breakfast could use more variety and options.

While the indoor pool and jacuzzi provided fun for all ages, the decor felt outdated and breakfast options were meager. the convenient location near landmarks like Fernie Alpine Resort and Fairy Creek Falls made family bonding easy and enjoyable amidst our critiques.

Came in Fernie to relax and have fun, this pet-friendly hotel was lovely base for doing it. The staff members were all efficient and pleasant. The venue had an incredible location by mountains. I would recomand this place, did not want to leave there.

Great location near Fernie with lovely river views and a clean, comfortable room. The on-site restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices, and my kid loved the pool and water slide. Breakfast was decent, but could use real utensils. A nice stay!

I like the location and the size of the loft rooms and the pool for the kids.
I mostly liked everything, but i noticed that the room really needs a good cleaning from top to bottom alot of dust and dirt in room corners and fans so with a good cleaning it would be more appealing, I stay there offen but i am considering not staying there anymore since I noticed how unclean the room was.

Check-in was busy, but the staff member was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the convenience of being on the bottom floor with my dog. The pool and water slide were fantastic;

this resort was quiet easy to find everything. great place for a get away weekend.
having limited mobility and requesting a wheel chair accessable room found the loft bedroom a bit of a challange.
